As management advisor, Mr. Bastien brings a wealth of experience, acquired over 30 years in various positions related to the management of Canadian and international equity portfolios as well as in several senior management positions within prominent financial organizations.

Mr. Blanchard focuses on emerging markets. As such, he participates in the analysis and financial modelization
of the securities within those markets. He has been working in the financial sector since 1999, and has covered the emerging markets since 2000. He joined the organization in 2007.

Mr. Felteau focuses on all sectors of the Asia-Pacific markets, more specifically within Australia and Japan. As such, he participates in the analysis and financial modelization of the securities listed in these markets. He joined the organization in 2007.

Marc-André Flageole, M.Sc., CFA, FRM - Portfolio Manager
Mr. Flageole focuses on all sectors of the Asia-Pacific markets, more specifically within Singapore, Hong Kong and China. As such, he participates in the analysis and financial modelization of the securities listed in these markets. He joined the organization in 2006.

Stéphane Larsen, M.Sc., CFA - Director and Portfolio Manager
Mr. Larsen focuses on European real estate securities, and he coordinates the portfolios that are managed using Presima’s Global Absolute Return Strategy and Global Participation Strategy. As well, he collaborates closely on the processes of risk management and portfolio construction. International portfolio management and stock selection have been Mr. Larsen’s area of specialty since the beginning of his career. He joined the organization in 2002.
