Jean-Guy Talbot, MBA - President  Mr. Talbot oversees the strategic development, corporate management and promotion of Presima’s
international activities.
Mr. Talbot has worked in executive and managerial positions related to international financing, mergers and acquisitions, and structured finance. He has worked closely with prominent international managers on development projects. He has been able to use his diverse experience to build a global network of top quality contacts. Mr. Talbot, active in the investment field since 1985, has been with the organisation since 2003. Frédéric Blondeau, M.Sc., CFA, FRM, FCSI - Vice President and Chief Investment Officer  Frédéric Blondeau oversees the portfolio management team, as well as the implementation of Presima’s investment strategies. He is responsible for elaborating the directing principles relating to portfolio construction and the development of underlying investment strategies. Moreover, he supervises the daily portfolio and risk management activities. Furthermore, he is the president of Presima’s Risk Management committee. Mr. Blondeau joined the organization in 2001 and has been actively involved in international real estate stock selection and portfolio management for Presima’s institutional clients since then.
Frédéric Belleau, LL.B. - Vice President, Legal Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer  Mr. Belleau is Presima’s Chief Compliance Officer. He oversees the application, tracking and auditing of regulations, whether for internal operations, clients or regulatory agencies. He participates in due diligence client-auditing activities and ensures the legal and contractual compliance of all documentation. Mr. Belleau has been active in the financial sector since 1998.
Karim B. Abuani, CA - Vice President and Chief Financial Officer  Mr. Abuani is responsible for the financial accounting and corporate finance operations of Presima. He also oversees the general administration of the company. Mr. Abuani has previously held executive and managerial positions in the mutual fund, investment banking, real estate and public accounting industries. He began his career as a Chartered Accountant in 1992.
Stéphane Larsen, M.Sc., CFA - Director and Portfolio Manager  Stéphane Larsen is part of the portfolio management team and is responsible for the firm’s investments in European real estate securities. As well, he collaborates closely on the processes of risk management and portfolio construction. His experience with the firm also includs short and pair trade strategies, trading in derivatives and private investments in non-listed companies within the global real estate sector. Mr. Larsen is president of the Trading Committee as well as a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He joined the organization in 2002 and has been actively involved in international real estate stock selection and portfolio management for Presima’s institutional clients since then.
Marc-André Flageole, M.Sc., CFA, FRM - Portfolio Manager  Marc-André Flageole manages investments in public real estate securities since he joined Presima in early 2006. He primarily focuses on the markets of Asia Pacific including Hong Kong and Singapore. He is responsible for the analysis and financial modeling in this universe as well as being co-responsible for all investment decisions made within the Asia region. To identify investment opportunities and model the value of companies, Mr. Flageole travels extensively in Asia in order to meet with senior managers and visit real estate projects. He also maintains frequent contacts with various market participants such as private investors and real estate consultants.
Vincent Felteau, M.Sc., CFA - Portfolio Manager  Vincent Felteau is a portfolio manager covering the Asia Pacific region. He concentrates his efforts and expertise on Australia and Japan and he is responsible for the analysis and financial modeling in this universe as well as being co-responsible for all investment decisions made within the Asia region. Prior to becoming portfolio manager for the Asia Pacific region, he had been an analyst covering the Americas region. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Felteau has developed numerous contacts with senior management teams of real estate companies and local experts across Asia and the Americas. He is
President of Presima’s responsible investment committee
and he joined the organization in 2007.
Martin Pépin, M.Sc., CFA - Portfolio Manager  Martin Pépin is the portfolio manager focusing on all real estate sectors of the Americas region. As such, he participates in the analysis and financial modeling of the securities listed in these markets. He supervises the portfolio composition, through financial models, asset visits and executive management’s meetings. He is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. With over ten years of public and private investment experience, Mr. Pépin joined Presima in 2008.
Sébastien Nadeau, M.Sc. - Financial Analyst  Sébastien Nadeau focuses on all sectors of the Americas real estate markets. As such, he participates in the analysis and financial modeling of the securities listed in these markets. In addition, Mr. Nadeau acts as a backup for Presima’s in-house traders. Mr. Nadeau also covered the European real estate markets for his first three years with the organization. Mr. Nadeau travels extensively in order to meet with senior managers and visit real estate projects. He is a member of National Association of real Estate Investment Trust. He joined the organization in 2006.
Chris Blanchard, CFA - Financial Analyst  Chris Blanchard is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the management of Presima’s emerging market real estate business. Most recently, this has included the development of a new emerging market product offering for clients. In his function, he is responsible for the portfolio’s composition and works closely with colleagues performing individual company analysis and investment due diligence. As team leader, he also acts as a liaison with pension fund consultants and prospective clients for the emerging market fund and ensures that Presima is represented within the financial community at various industry conferences and events. Mr. Blanchard brings over 10 years of investment industry experience with over 8 years of specific emerging market focus. He joined the organization in 2007.
Isabelle Bouchard, M.Sc., CFA - Financial Analyst  Isabelle Bouchard focuses on emerging markets and plays an integral part in initiating and sourcing investment ideas for the emerging market region. She is responsible for the analysis, monitoring and financial modeling of securities within those markets and plays an important role in the management of the emerging market portfolio. Since joining the organization in 2007 she has been involved in the development of Presima’s emerging market expertise and strategy. Since joining the team she has traveled to meet key emerging market companies and perform due diligence on local real estate markets. Furthermore, she brings a wealth of experience in risk management and is an integral part of Presima’s Risk Management Committee.
Meggie Daoust, MBA - Financial Analyst  Meggie Daoust focuses on all sectors of the Asia-Pacific markets. As such, she participates in the analysis and financial modeling of the securities listed in these markets. Ms. Daoust travels in order to meet with senior managers and visit real estate projects. She also maintains frequent contacts with various market participants. She is also an active member of Presima’s responsible investment committee. She joined the organization in 2008.
