Investment Process

Value creation in Presima’s investment process is obtained by selecting an appropriate investment universe and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of investment grade opportunities. This is carried out through fundamental bottom-up research where company relationships and on-the-ground asset visits are paramount in gaining appropriate insight into investment opportunities.
